Members of the 2021 PHC implementing team held an information session for the Regional Coordinating Council and other key regional stakeholders.This information session is the third of the planned sixteen sessions to be carried out in all the regions, following sessions in Koforidua and Ho. The conduct of the information session in Dambai marks the completion of the handing over of census implementation to the regional teams in Statistical Zone 3 which comprises the Eastern, Oti and Volta regions.

The purpose of the information session is to provide regional stakeholders an overview of the census, highlight the resourcefulness of the census data, discuss the implementation of the 100 days to Census Night strategy and preview the field strategy for the region.The session featured presentations by Mr. Owusu Kagya, the head of Census Methodology; Mr. Emmanuel George Ossei, the head of the Census Secretariat; and Mr. Henry Loglo, the Oti Regional Statistician.
